Missions Conference - 2012

Our annual Missions Conference will be February 10-12, 2012.  We're excited to have Dr. Paul D. Kooistra, Coordinator of Mission to the World, as our Guest Speaker.  Our theme this year is "Blessed to be a Blessing", based upon Genesis 12:3.

The following Missions Conference Goals have been established:

1)      100% participation by Communicant Members in the TBPC Missions Program, which supports our missionaries in accomplishing the Great Commission.  That participation would include prayer, participation in missions work, and giving to our Missions Fund (all Communicant Members submitting a Pledge Card, even if it is only for $1).

2)      Fully fund the Missions budget (about $43,000) through pledges to the Missions Fund. We are "on track" for giving to Missions Fund this past 12 months to be about $34,000, compared to pledged amount of $29, 650.

3)      Increased participation in our Summer 2012 Missions Trips to Cherokee, NC and Ciudad Victoria, Mexico.
